Combining ionic diode, resistive pulse and membrane for detection and separation of anti-CD44 antibody

The need for antibody proteins is growing both diagnosis and therapy. In this work, we combine two strategies based on single nanopore sensing multipore membrane to separate, detect identify antibodies. This proof of concept was done the anti-CD44. a first step, with bullet shape were designed using track-etching polymer film functionalized, PEG spacer CD44 antigen. detection anti-CD44 evidenced by an inversion current rectification. After demonstrating ability specifically antiCD44 in nanopore, cylindrical following same protocol used elute solution anti-CD44.In second elution product analysed SiN showing that antigen are extracted from membrane. analysis amplitude blockade shows complex dissociated.
